Toy Story Land Details Revealed; Opening Summer 2018

Bob Chapek, Chairman of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, announced today at D23 Expo that Toy Story land in Hollywood Studios will open Summer 2018!

Along with an adorable clip of some Toy Story friends peeking in on the construction, fans got a look at whats to come. Slinky Dog Dash will be a family coaster that has turns and drops on a track that Andy has created. Alien Swirling Saucers will be a new attraction in the land. The attraction is designed to be a play set that Andy receives from “Pizza Planet.” Aliens will be flying around in toy flying saucers and they are trying to capture your rockey ship “The Claw.” It was also good to note that a track reminiscent of RC Racer in Disneyland Paris was seen in the video shown.
