Walt Disney Animation and Pixar Animation Join D23 Lineup

Walt Disney and Pixar Animation will be joining D23 with some interesting panels that i know that i will be looking into sitting in on during my visit!

July 14th

Walt Disney Animation Studios and Pixar: The Upcoming Films, Hosted By John Lasseter 

This panel will show never before seen footage from Pixar's "Coco" and "Wreck it Ralph 2: Ralph Breaks the Internet. The panel will also feature surprise announcements, musical performances and appearances by voiceover stars.This panel i will not be able to livestream but i will be giving details from the panel once it is over. This panel will take place in hall D23 at 2:30pm.

July 15th

The Power of the Princess

Walt Disney Animation Studios Animators Amy Smeed and Kira Lehtomaki will join voice actresses Jodi Benson (Voice of Ariel), Ming-Na Wen (Voice of Mulan), Anika Noni Rose(Voice of Tiana) and Auli'i Cravalho(Voice of Moana) to share their personal stories from the sound booth and more. This panel takes place at Stage 28 at 10:30am.

Creating the Worlds in Pixar's Universe

Pixar Production Designers and Artists will take guests through a visual tour of the worlds they have brought to the big screen. This panel takes place at Stage 28 at 12:15pm.

Olaf's Frozen Adventure: A Sneak Peek of the New Frozen Short Film

Be the first to see exclusive, never before seen footage of this brand new Frozen Holiday Short Film!  This will take place on Stage 28 at 2:30pm.

The Evolution of Pixar's Characters

A few legendary Pixar Artists join guests by sharing stories behind some Pixar characters and what it's like to bring them to life! This panel happens on Stage 28 at 6pm.

Bambi's 75th Anniversary

Celebrate the 75th anniversary of this beloved Disney Classic as members of the voice cast share stories, anecdotes behind the making of the film,  hand drawn animation and more! This panel takes place on the Walt Disney Archives Stage at 11:30am.
