Disney Small Shop Review: Lost Bros Trading Co
On this edition of my Disney Small Shop Review, I will be introducing you to a shop that you may already be familiar with but still needs attention addressed to. This shop boasts 28,000 followers on instagram due their stellar, quality Disney Parks theme products. I was inspired by a friend to take a chance on one of their products and boy did they deliver! But first let’s get to know the shop owners!
The shop was created by real life brothers, Cody and Colton, with a love for Peter Pan. Cody handles the creative aspect of the shop while Colton handles the more behind the scenes aspects. Colton stated that about a year ago, his brother came to him with the idea to bring more theme park inspired clothing, especially menswear, that could be worn in the parks. I love that they wanted more menswear inspired theme park clothing because it is quite noticeable that the small shop community is dominated by amazingly, talented women. It is a bit refreshing to see men take a crack at it as well!
The brothers enjoy blending pop culture into their designs and ultimately they want to be able to give their buyers products that they would wear themselves to the parks too. Their top 3 products are as follows:
"Life is the Bubbles" $22.00 |
"Welcome Foolish Mortals/ Stranger Things" $22.00 |
"Waffle Bacon Crossbones" $22.00 |
I will admit i almost didn’t order at the time because i really did not see anything that caught my eye. But then i saw this tee based on one of my favorite attractions, “The Hollywood Horror Story” tee. I am a big fan of “American Horror Story” on FX so the fact that they crossed these two together is absolute genius!
The tee arrived in under two weeks time and when i tried it on, i was so excited about how roomy and comfortable the material was! I loved the color and style of it and i have big plans to wear the tee to my next visit to the Twilight Zone. For $25, it really was worth the price. The shop releases new products every Monday in all sizes but make sure you snag them quick as they tend to sell out. Be sure to check the shop out on all their social media to stay up to date with the latest looks and designs:
