RUMOR: Main Street Electrical Parade Leaving
It was reported by an anonymous source to several people that WDW Cast members were informed during a Monday morning meeting that Main Street Electrical Parade would be leaving for good very soon. Rumored date is September 10, 2016.
Also, The parade still has times for performances after September 10th on certain dates due to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.
Based on the reaction on twitter however, fans were more than happy to hear the possibility of MSEP leaving for good. Many jumped to the conclusion that this further perpetuated the rumor of Paint the Night would be coming to Disney world. It is being assumed that the Disneyland parade would be in Disney World for the 45th anniversary but the timing is impractical as moving an entire parade would take much more time. The parade ends on September 5th and the 45th anniversary begins October 1st.
Neither of this information has been confirmed and based on my findings it may not be true but this can always change.
