Parents involved in Disney Gator Incident not to sue Disney
It is being reported that the parents of Lane Graves, the 2 year old who was killed by a gator at Disney World, will not be suing the company regarding the incident.
It was speculated that the family would sue due to lack of signage regarding wildlife. Before the incident, Disney had signs posted near their water areas specifying "No Swimming."

“Melissa and I are broken. We will forever struggle to comprehend why this happened to our sweet baby, Lane.
As each day passes, the pain gets worse, but we truly appreciate the outpouring of sympathy and warm sentiments we have received from around the world.
We will solely be focused on the future health of our family and will not be pursuing a lawsuit against Disney.”
It was also stated that they are starting the Lane Thomas Foundation to honor his memory. They ask for continued privacy as they focus on their family. Since this tragedy, signs regarding wildlife have been posted, fishing unless its an excursion has been banned and a rocky shoreline has been added tot he beaches of the Grand Floridian as well as fences on all water areas at the Disney World resort.
