Join your D23 “‘ohana” August 22—August 26 for a once-in-a-lifetime week of celebration and relaxation as we bask in the majesty of Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa. Located in Hawai’i on the beautiful island of O’ahu, this five-day, four-night experience at the world-class vacation resort includes a package like no other, offering unique opportunities and entertainment created especially for D23 Members.

The D23 Team has been working with our partners at Aulani Resort and around Disney to bring you this amazing vacation experience. Your adventure will include exclusive presentations, premiere entertainment, private receptions, and special Disney guests who will help make your week even more magical and memorable.

This D23 Gold Member experience has been uniquely customized for the fan in all of us!

Accommodations:

• Four nights and five days at Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa, with all standard amenities included.

  • NOTE: Room may occupy other travelers in your party, however guests interested in attending the D23-exclusive events will require the purchase of a guest credential.

D23 Gold/Gold Family Member Vacation Rates**
Standard Room + One Member Credential = $2500***
Guest Credential(s) (Required to attend any D23-exclusive activities) = $1300

Children that are two years old or younger, are welcome to select D23 activities.  Please note age restrictions where applicable.

Children, ages 3-9, require a credential to attend activities, but will be eligible for a $850 discount.  Please forward your credential confirmation email to GuestRelations@D23.com to request a partial reimbursement.  The net cost of the credential, after the child reimbursement, will be $450.

Please keep in mind that a children’s credential is considered one guest for Gold Members and one of the three guests for Gold Family Members.

Standard Room–sleeps up to four guests = no additional fees
Ocean View–sleeps up to four guests ($70/night + tax****) additional $319
One Bedroom Villa Island Garden View–sleeps up to five guests ($130/night + tax****) additional $593
Two Bedroom Villa Island Garden View–sleeps up to nine guests ($400/night + tax****) additional $1823

****Hawai’i hotel tax rate = 13.9%

Available Exclusively to Gold and Gold Family Members. D23 Gold Members may bring one (1) guest and D23 Gold Family Members may bring up to three (3) guests. 

D23 Members must book this vacation package by July 31, 2016.

You will be required to verify your D23 Membership when booking and checking in, as well as present a valid D23 Membership Card upon check in at Aulani. 

Trip must be paid in full at time of purchase in order to reserve your vacation package. D23 Members that cancel between April 19 and June 22 will be charged a $250.00 cancellation fee per person. There will be no refunds available for any cancellations made on or after June 23, 2016. A valid government issued photo I.D. and D23 Membership card will be required upon check in, as well as a credit card for hotel incidentals.
