Frontera Cocina now open at Disney Springs



Another restaurant is now open to serve guests up some authentic mexican dishes. Frontera is the brainchild of Chef Rick Bayless, who i and many people know from Bravo's "Top Chef Masters."

I have hunted around the internet and found some of what is on the menu  thanks to Ziggyknowsdisney.com!

Appetizers

Chips and Salsa
Bacon Guacamole
Tortilla Soup with jack cheese, onions, tortilla strips and lime with chicken
Coctel Verde or Rojo , has blue shrimp, scallops in a verde or rojo salsa with lime and avacado
Queso Fundito Cheesy Fondue with onions and roasted poblanos

Entrees

Red Chile Chicken Enchiladas
Carnitas which is slow cooked pork shoulder with garlic lime, cotija cheese, re-fried black beans, guacamole, red onions and salsa verde
Shrimp Mojo De Aja which is Blue shrimp in a slow cooked garlic, chicken broth, olive oil, lime and chipotle
Carne Asada which is natural Black Angus Steak, re-fried black beans with cotija cheese, carmalized plantains with queso and tomatillo salsa
And loads of taco and torta selections

Pecan Pie Bar
Plantano Sundae
Coconut Lime Quattro Leches



There will also be a bar so yay!
