This post has info from DisneyFoodBlog.com and will feature details about the returning food booths and samples of what they will offer guests.
One of the booths returning will be the "Islands of the Caribbean" booth which will feature two new food offerings.

The Farm Fresh Booth will have Chicken and Dumplings with Spinach and Mushroom (and it looks like im going to for sure try this out!)
I am so hype for the Greece booth because i am have been dying for a Greece Pavilion in World Showcase for a while just based off the food alone. They are returning with Loaded Greek Nachos! and if you are like me loaded nachos period gets me sold to eat it!

Don't skip out on dessert here either as they will be serving up this scrumptious Oikos Greek Yogurt Vanilla cake!

The South Korea Booth will have Korean Style BBQ beef with Steamed Rice and Cucumber Kimchi.
According to DisneyFoodblog, last year's dish was similar but had a slice of short rib while here is is shredded.
The Hops and Barley booth is bringing along two delicious servings of food. The first is a Smoked Beef Brisket.

Also we have the New England Lobster Roll which has apparently gotten a makeover from last year's version!
