Spoiler free reactions to "Captain America: Civil War"
So i decided to do a reaction post to the MCU latest film, "Captain America: Civil War" which i saw tonight!
So when we went to the theater, my local paper actually set up a meet and greet with students dressed up as Iron Man and Cap!
The costumes were very well done and it was a great experience!
So onto the movie!
The movie was very action packed and honestly excellent.
I loved the theme of the story and how it set up for the other films in the next phase for the MCU.
As most of us knew, a Black Panther film is in the works and Chadwick Boseman, who plays the King, is introduced in Civil war.
Pretty positive i fell in love at first sight with him and now i am MAJORLY excited for his film.
Can't give anymore away about him but be sure to stay after the credits for extra scenes regarding set ups for other films.
Vision's sweater's were literally adorable and he played a good part in the film.
SPIDERMAN! SPIDERMAN! SPIDERMAN!
OMG!
I am EXTREMELY HAPPY THAT MARVEL MADE HIM ACT HIS AGE!
He acts just like a teenager and a relatable one and he was perfect.
I enjoyed the main story between Cap and Stark especially, it really gets you in all the feels.
I liked Scarlet Witch's role as well in this film and probably will be doing a cosplay for her for NYCC.
Antman was funny and cool with his part in the film. It didn't really convince me to watch his stand alone movie but i feel like i should now just to make sure nothing was missed.
As far as i can tell though you don't need to see Antman in order to understand Civil War.
Overall:
Action was great, comedy scenes were timed perfectly, story was great!
