Muppet Restaurant Confirmed
I previously reported from a reliable source that Pizza Planet was being rethemed and refurbished to become a muppets themed restuarant and it has been officially confirmed by WDWNT.
I did say it would either be Rizzo or Swedish Chef themed. Personally i felt Swedish chef was a better fit but they ave chosen Rizzo instead.
Later this year, "Pizza Rizzo" will open to the public. Now it will still be a quick service restaurant but will just have a new look, theme and better quality food. This makes sense considering it is in Muppets Courtyard.
According to WDWNT, the new name was discovered by permits and internal documents filed coinciding with the ongoing project which will open during the holiday season.
