Disney Springs "Town Center" Opening Day Recap PT 1
I followed along with throughout the day with the grand opening of Disney Springs.
Many of my friends said Disney Springs is pretty much an themed outlet mall, which based on what i am seeing in pictures it looks about right, BUT i will reserve all judgment until i see it in person for myself in the fall.
Here are just a few highlights of Town Center on Grand Opening day. I will also have an accompanying article following this with other news regarding Town Center.
This post wil focus on the food offerings and the opening ceremony at Town Center and the Second will focus on the Shops!
People began arriving to Disney Springs to be there for the ribbon cutting ceremony!
AND SO TOWN CENTER IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS!
Some people gushed over the waterfall at STK!
This is the view walking in
I was even told they had guest relations there to explain the story to guests entering. i liked this because i am a sucker for disney history.
Apparently you can turn the crank and turn on the "springs" which is fun and cute!
Here is a video!
Some people went straight to D-Luxe Burger or Sprinkles. I personally had experience the Sprinkles ATM during my visit to LA and it was cool. D-Luxe Burger i hear is probably Disney's best quick service location to date. But let start with Amorette's!
It really looks classy and yummy! I can already imagine what it smells like !
Such an interesting aspect to the place! love it tbh! very unique!
Really liking the new Guest Relations spot!
Lines for Sprinkles , as i said earlier, was EXTREMELY LONG
For now, we will shot straight to D-Luxe Burger!
Here is the full menu!
You can check out a full article on D-Luxe from DisneyParks Blog!
This food shop proved to be the most popular!
Have heard very little about the Poutine spot but the little i have heard is all good things! One complaint i have seen is that the poutine spot and Amorette's needs outdoor seating.
Overall it seems that the food offerings will get 5 stars from everyone!
