Is Tower of Terror getting a Makeover?
Now when i first heard this rumor i thought it was the most ridiculous rumor i had heard to date this year.
WDWThemeparks twitter account had brought it to the attention that there was a rumor that tower of terror was possibly going to be getting a Guardians of the Galaxy overlay.
Like anyone else i laughed it off but upon further research and investigation i realized that it was possible and the possiblity was getting stronger but for the Disneyland version of the attraction only.
With the rumor we forget that almost every disney park has a version of this attraction, so it was a matter of pinpointing which version, or if more than one was getting this possible change.
I cannot reveal more than this piece of information but imagineers have been seen around the DCA tower of terror since this rumor has come to light. I will reveal my other info in due time but as of now i cannot but i can assure you it does support the theory that only this version will get the overlay.
It also makes sense since it has done this previously to their Space mountain with Star wars and ghost galaxy for their hallloween season.
It is also being told to me that they want to incorporate as much marvel into the parks as possible as quickly as possible and this is a trial if this rumor is actually true.
